Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates
- Manage recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Oversee employer branding initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates
