Position: HR & Admin Manager

Experience Required: 5-7 Years

Qualification: BBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with HR experience

Kelvin Water Technologies is a leading manufacturer and installer of water and wastewater treatment plants specializing in RO, STP, ETP, and WTP solutions. 


We are a project-based company engaged in:

• Design, fabrication & manufacturing of treatment equipment

• Project execution and on-site installation across North India

• Testing, commissioning & maintenance services

• Managing 100+ employees across multiple project sites

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------


RECRUITMENT & HIRING:

• End-to-end recruitment for all positions: Helpers, Welders, Fitters, Fabricators, Foremen, Supervisors, Engineers, Draftsmen, Sales staff

• Manage recruitment for domestic and international projects

• Job posting, resume screening, interviews, salary negotiation, offer rollout

• Onboarding: Joining formalities, documentation, induction


HR OPERATIONS:

• Manage 100+ employees across head office and multiple project sites

• Payroll processing, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance

• Employee records, attendance tracking, performance management

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, exit formalities

• Implement HR policies ensuring labor law compliance

• Manage critical challenges: Employee absconding, attrition, unauthorized leaves


ADMINISTRATION:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and facilities management

• Manage transportation, vendor coordination, office supplies

• Store and workshop coordination for materials and machinery

• Security and safety compliance across all locations


SITE COORDINATION:

• Visit project sites to manage workforce and resolve HR/Admin issues

• Temporary deployment to sites for recruitment and employee engagement

• Coordinate between head office and multiple project locations

• Collect site reports and attendance data

REQUIREMENTS

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------


MUST HAVE:

• 5-7 years HR & Admin experience in manufacturing/fabrication/construction/project-based industry

• Strong blue-collar recruitment experience (welders, fitters, helpers, technicians)

• Experience managing 100+ employees across multiple locations

• Thorough knowledge of labor laws (Factories Act, PF, ESI, Contract Labour Act)

• Hands-on experience with payroll and statutory compliance


SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Multi-tasking: Can handle recruitment + HR ops + admin simultaneously

• Independent working with minimal supervision

• Strong problem-solving for employee retention issues

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites and rural areas


PREFERRED:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources

• Experience in water treatment, manufacturing, or project industry

• Understanding of fabrication/installation operations

• Frequent travel to project sites in rural and industrial areas

• Overnight stays at project locations

• Field coordination and mobility across North India
