Position: HR Recruiter
Job Summary
Pinmoney Consulting Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates while maintaining positive communication with applicants and hiring managers.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and department managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process.
- Maintain good communication and professional relationships with candidates.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Familiarity with MS Office and job portals.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- QualificationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
- 1 year + Experience candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR will be an added advantage.
