*About Us*  

Tracksun Solar Private Limited is a growing renewable energy company based in Delhi, with our corporate office in Noida. We’re looking for a dedicated HR Manager to streamline our people operations and ensure smooth day-to-day HR functioning.

*Key Roles & Responsibilities*  

- *HR Policies & Compliance*: Implement and monitor all general HR rules, regulations, and company policies. Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and maintain a disciplined work environment.

- *Employee Records & Documentation*: Maintain and update complete employee records, personal files, joining/exit formalities, and all company-related paperwork/documentation.

- *Attendance & Leave Management*: Track daily attendance, prepare list of employees present, manage leave records, and generate monthly attendance reports.

- *Recruitment & Onboarding*: Handle end-to-end recruitment, conduct interviews, issue offer letters, and manage smooth onboarding for new joiners.

- *Payroll Support*: Coordinate with accounts for payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, and deductions.

- *Employee Relations*: Address employee grievances, conduct HR interactions, and foster a positive workplace culture.

- *General Administration*: Manage HR letters, contracts, appraisals, confirmation processes, and other routine HR paperwork as required by management.

- *Reporting*: Provide regular HR MIS reports to senior management regarding manpower, attrition, attendance, and compliance.

*Requirements*  

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in HR/Generalist role, preferably in a manufacturing/infrastructure/solar industry

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and documentation

- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Must be willing to work from Noida office, 10 AM to 7 PM
