HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations for our fast-growing Salesforce and AI technology company and candidate should . The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, payroll coordination, compliance, onboarding, and talent retention while fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and retention initiatives.Support leadership in building a strong organizational culture.Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.10- 15 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT/SaaS company.Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Experience with HRMS and payroll systems is preferred.
