Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter

Department: Human Resources

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: HR Head/ management

Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring of qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Understand manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct reference checks and verify candidate documents.
  • Negotiate salary offers and facilitate the offer rollout process.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined timelines.
  • Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding activities.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in bulk hiring and non-IT recruitment will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment MIS.
  • Excellent negotiation and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Time-to-fill positions.
  • Number of positions closed per month.
