Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain daily interview pipelines and ensure maximum candidate walk-ins.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
- Handle offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
- Build a strong candidate database for future hiring.
- Ensure hiring targets are achieved within the given TAT.
