Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, attendance and leave management, and maintaining employee records. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews and follow up on hiring decisions.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Assist in payroll inputs by maintaining attendance and leave information.
- Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
- Support employee engagement activities and organize company events.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist in performance management and probation review processes.
- Generate HR reports and recruitment MIS as required.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in recruitment across multiple functions.
- Knowledge of HRMS software.
- Familiarity with payroll coordination and statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
