Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, attendance and leave management, and maintaining employee records. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews and follow up on hiring decisions.
  • Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
  • Assist in payroll inputs by maintaining attendance and leave information.
  • Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
  • Support employee engagement activities and organize company events.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in performance management and probation review processes.
  • Generate HR reports and recruitment MIS as required.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in recruitment across multiple functions.
  • Knowledge of HRMS software.
  • Familiarity with payroll coordination and statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
