Job Description
Job Role & Responsibilities for HR Recruiter:-
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
- Explaining job roles, salary, and company policies to candidates
- Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Following up with shortlisted candidates till joining
- Handling bulk hiring and walk-in drives for BPO requirements
- Posting job openings on various hiring platforms
- Verifying candidate documents and basic eligibility
- Ensuring timely closures of assigned positions
- Maintaining communication with candidates for a positive hiring experience
- Preparing daily/weekly recruitment reports and updates
