Job Title: HR Executive

Location: H-70, H Block, Sector 63, Noida – 201301

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive with at least 6 months of experience to support our Human Resources functions. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee coordination, and basic HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)

Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for hiring processes

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees

Manage attendance and leave records

Support employee engagement activities

Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or recruitment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of HR processes

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)

Performance-based salary increment

Fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

Stable working hours
