Job Description & Summary: ​

Job Description 2+ years of implementation experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, especially Adobe Experience Platform and Journey Optimizer with 6+ years of overall experience in Digital marketing and campaign management. • Expertise in deploying, configuring, and optimizing all major Experience Platform services and Journey Optimizer features. • Strong SQL skills for querying datasets, implementing data transformations, cleansing data, etc. • Hands-on experience developing custom applications, workflows and integrations using Experience Platform APIs • Deep familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform and Journey Optimizer technical implementations including: o Setting up source connectors and ingesting data using the API and UI o Configuring Experience Events (XDM schemas) for capturing data from sources o Creating audience segments using custom and AI/ML-based segments o Triggering journeys and activations based on segments and profiles o Implementing journey automations, actions, and messages o Integrating with destinations like CRM, email, etc. • Hands-on experience developing using the Platform APIs and SDKs in a language like: o JavaScript for API calls o Java for extending functionality with custom connectors or applications • Expertise in data modelling for multi-channel needs using the Experience Data Model (XDM) • Familiarity with configuring IMS authentication to connect external systems to Platform APIs • Experience developing, debugging, and optimizing custom server-side applications. • Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs and SQL • Expertise ingesting data from sources like Adobe Analytics, CRM, Ad Server, Web and Mobile • Strong understanding of concepts like multi-channel data management, segmentation, orchestration, automation, and personalization • Understanding of data structures like: JSON for representing data in APIs, Data Tables for processing tabular data, Streaming data flows Skills Required • Good Communication Skills- Ability to interact with customers independently with good articulation and confidence and Articulation. • Digital marketing experience, with Martech platforms implementation (Adobe/SFDC) from solution, design, and implementation specifically with AEP and AJO. • Database skills – Have good expertise of either of databases SQL/ Oracle /Teradata etc. • Data model design Skills for Marketing databases. Capability to query, work on aggregates, use filter conditions, Creation joins, define keys, set index etc • Logical Programming knowledge, with either JS/ Python /PHP etc., Should be comfortable with HTML/CSS. • Understand complex data models (preferrable XDM) and the objective of marketing campaigns. • Familiarity with establishing rules and conditional logics to customize journeys based on customer attributes and behaviours. Advocate for improvements. • Strong ability to partner and effectively work across the organization with line of business and technology colleagues. Strong implementation coordination and communication skills. Good to have Skills: • Own the project deliverables end to end working independently. • Prior experience with CDP/Adobe campaign. • Data engineering Skills.

Responsibilities:

ML Pipeline Design: Design ML pipelines for experiment management, model management, feature management, and model retraining. Design APIs for model inferencing at scale. Proven expertise with MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, and Azure AI. LLM Serving and GPU Architecture: Possess deep knowledge of GPU architectures. Expertise in distributed training and serving of large language models. Proficient in model and data parallel training using frameworks like DeepSpeed and service frameworks like vLLM.

Model Fine-Tuning and Optimization: Demonstrate proven expertise in model fine-tuning and optimization techniques. Achieve better latencies and accuracies in model results. Reduce training and resource requirements for fine-tuning LLM and LVM models. DevOps and LLMOps Proficiency: Proven expertise in DevOps and LLMOps practices. Knowledgeable in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration. Deep understanding of LLM orchestration frameworks like Flowise, Langflow, and Langgraph. Skill Matrix LLM: Hugging Face OSS LLMs, GPT, Gemini, Claude, Mixtral, Llama LLM Ops: ML Flow, Langchain, Langraph, LangFlow, Flowise, LLamaIndex, SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Azure AI

Databases/Datawarehouse: DynamoDB, Cosmos, MongoDB, RDS, MySQL, PostGreSQL, Aurora, Spanner, Google BigQuery.
