Senior Associate - Generative AI Specialist

Job Description & Summary: We are seeking an experienced M365 expert with strong hands‑on expertise across M365 EXO, SPO, GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio to design, build, and govern enterprise-scale AI‑assisted development and conversational automation platforms. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of AI‑augmented software development, secure DevSecOps workflows, LLM‑based agent architectures, RAG pipelines, connector development, enterprise governance, and end‑to‑end automation using Microsoft and GitHub ecosystems. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design relational and document data models for agentic AI systems. · Lead application development and support initiatives across multiple technologies. · Build and optimize solutions using Angular/React, Flask/Django, Python, and SQL/NoSQL. · Orchestrate AI workflows with LangChain and LangGraph. · Support Deployment Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD. · Provide leadership in Incident, Change, and Problem Management, ensuring compliance with ITIL standards. · Drive SLA adherence and monitor metrics to improve service delivery. · Collaborate with stakeholders at senior levels to align technical solutions with business needs. · Mentor and guide junior associates, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. · Participate in shift-based operations, managing escalations and ensuring seamless support coverage. Mandatory skill sets: · Advanced expertise in Python & FastAPI, with deep knowledge of libraries like Pandas, Pydantic, and scalable API design. · Proven experience in building and orchestrating agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Google ADK. · Strong background in RAG design and implementation, including optimization for enterprise use cases. · Ability to define and enforce guardrails using JSON Schema, regex, and LLM-as-judge techniques. · Hands-on leadership in Angular/React.js front-end development, ensuring seamless integration with backend services. · Expertise in CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native deployments. · Ownership of Incident, Change, and Problem Management, SLA compliance, metrics-driven improvements, and stakeholder management. · Mentoring juniors and driving best practices across the team. Preferred skill sets: · Advanced proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, Angular, Flask, Python, SQL/NoSQL, with ability to lead complex support initiatives. · Deep understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management), driving SLA compliance and service improvements. · Proven stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring skills, ensuring effective collaboration and team performance in shift-based operations.

Mandatory skill sets: 

• Strong hands‑on experience with GitHub Copilot, GitHub Enterprise, and secure DevSecOps  

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio agent development & orchestration  

• GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, CodeQL, repository governance  

• RAG pipelines, grounding strategies, vector search  

• Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse  

• Azure: Functions, Logic Apps, APIM, Cognitive Search  

• API development, REST, Graph API, OAuth2, Entra ID  

• Strong prompt engineering & AI design practices 

Preferred skill sets: 

• Experience with Teams extensibility & M365 Copilot integrations  

• Knowledge of agentic AI patterns and enterprise AI governance  

• Experience coaching developers on AI-assisted coding  

• Familiarity with Microsoft Responsible AI guidelines 

Years of experience required: 

• 4-7 years

Education qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology 

• Certified in Github Copilot and Copilot
