About the Role: Join our growing team as a Dayforce Payroll Implementation Consultant, where you'll lead and support payroll implementations for clients across multiple geographies including the US, Canada, and other global regions. This is a high-impact role for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about delivering world-class payroll solutions.

Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end Dayforce payroll implementations for global clients.

· Configure Dayforce payroll modules to meet country-specific compliance and business requirements.

· Collaborate with client stakeholders across HR, Finance, and IT to ensure successful deployment.

· Conduct system testing, data validation, and go-live support.

· Provide training and post-implementation support to client teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll operations and systems.

· Proven experience implementing Dayforce Payroll for US, Canada, and global clients.

· Strong understanding of international payroll regulations and compliance.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Dayforce certification(s) or formal training.

· Experience with other HRIS platforms is a plus.

· Prior consulting or client-facing experience in a global environment.
