Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary:


We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client relationships,ensure smooth post-sales coordination, and enhance customer satisfaction.


The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, follow-up capabilities, and experience in handling real estate customers.


Key Responsibilities:


Act as a single point of contact for customers after booking

Handle post-sales documentation and agreement processing

Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams

Manage payment follow-ups and maintain collection records

Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively

Maintain regular communication with clients for updates

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Maintain CRM data and update customer records in system

Prepare daily and monthly customer reports


Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in customer handling or client servicing

Knowledge of real estate documentation process

Basic understanding of payment follow-ups and coordination

MS Excel and CRM software knowledge

Good problem-solving ability


Preferred Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline


Experience in Real Estate / Property Industry preferred

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


Salary:INR 2.0 – 3.0 LPA (Depending on experience)
