📍 Location: Bekal Cafe
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000
Role Overview
We are looking for a presentable and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive (Female) to enhance guest experience and ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional approach
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints effectively
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for smooth operations
- Maintain grooming, hygiene, and brand standards at all times
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality / café / restaurant industry
- Good communication skills in English
- Pleasing personality and customer-first attitude
- Basic understanding of service standards
