Job Title: Sales Manager
(Real Estate)Company: Guru Mahadev Real Estate
Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the team, driving sales, and achieving targets.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead the sales team effectively
- Ensure regular follow-ups with clients
- Convert hot and warm leads into successful bookings
- Schedule and manage site visits
- Monitor team performance and improve productivity
- Implement strategies to increase sales and bookings
- Requirements:Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Prior experience in team handling is required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Good knowledge of local areas (Dwarka, Uttam Nagar, Nawada preferred)
