Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive our business-to-business (B2B) expansion. This is a front-line role focused on expanding our market footprint through direct, face-to-face engagement with potential clients.


The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a mobile environment, possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, and has a proven track record of converting prospects into long-term partners.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential business clients within the assigned territory through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site software presentations and live demonstrations tailored to the specific pain points of each business.
  • Sales Conversion: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring all sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with business owners and decision-makers to foster long-term loyalty and referral opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide feedback from the field regarding competitor activity, market trends, and customer requirements to help shape our product roadmap.


Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all activities, visits, and sales pipelines
