We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Manager to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role: Business Analyst | Finacle Implementation

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Finacle 11x implementations. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive end-to-end implementation across multiple banking modules. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing experience and a solid understanding of banking operations, especially within African markets

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for Finacle 11x implementation
• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Drive end-to-end (E2E) implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment support
• Act as a client-facing consultant, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into functional specifications
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and post-implementation activities
• Ensure adherence to best practices, regulatory requirements, and banking standards

 

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Finacle 11x implementation
• Expert-level knowledge of Finacle parameterization/configuration across modules
• Proven track record of end-to-end Finacle implementation projects
• Experience in requirement documentation (BRD, FRD), process mapping, and gap analysis
• Hands-on experience across multiple modules such as Lending, Mortgages, CASA, Deposits, and Teller
• Strong domain expertise in Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, and Wealth Banking
• Strong understanding of banking domain processes and workflows
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with African banks/geography is desirable. Should be willing to travel onsite
