Roles and Responsibilities:

0-3 years of experience.

·       Fresher /  experience in US IT Recruitments/ Bench Sales Recruitment/ BPO Experience

And you need to explain all the services that we provide after taking a subscription like people like training we provide the interview support and on Jab support is well we have them and getting job at good pay Rate.

And job profile is that you will approach United States people and ask them to come on our bench by paying subscription charges and how you need to do this you will be getting training from us

·        Assist in the end-to-end recruitment and selection process including posting jobs, sourcing.

·        Maintaining Databases daily.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Recruited and Hired candidates in State and Out-Of-State for Contract, Contract-to-Hire and

·        Possess good interpersonal, interviewing, negotiation Skills.

·        Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates.

·        Maintain strong database of candidate for future requirements.

·        Work Hours: Night Shift (IST)-6:00PM/6:30PM to 3:30AM/4:00AM, 5 days/week (Mon to Fri).
