Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to handle leads, engage prospects, and convert inquiries into sales. This role involves calling potential customers, understanding their needs, providing a demo of the product and guiding them toward the right solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to leads
• Give a demo of the product
• Explain products/services and resolve customer queries
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM
• Follow up with prospects to drive conversions
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with potential customers

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Target-driven mindset
