Job Description

 Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls from prospective Candidates. Explain educational courses, programs, fees, and admission process clearly  Understand Candidates needs and recommend suitable courses.  Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.  Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM  Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and enrolment targets  Address queries and resolve basic concerns related to courses and admissions  Coordinate with the academic and operations team when required  Build and maintain strong relationships with Candidates. Required Skills & Qualifications  Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream)  Experience in educational counseling / telecalling / sales preferred  Good communication skills in English and local language  Convincing and negotiation skills  Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)  Ability to work with targets and deadlines
