Phone Banking Officer - Customer Service & Sales

Client : Leading Private Bank

Location Sector 127 Noida

What You'll do

1. Enagage with customers over calls and build lasting relationships
2. promote and upsell banking products and services
3. resolve customer queries with accurate solutions
4. deliver exceptional customer experience and satisfaction
5. achieve targets and earn exciting incentives

Who can apply

1. Fresh Graduates - Start your career in banking
2. Experiences Candidates - Undergraduates with 6 to 9 months of relevant experience
3. Age Limit upto 30 years

Skills we're looking for

1. Good Communication skills (English)
2. If english is not good then any regional language will work (Punjabi, Gujrati, Marathi, Oriya, Bengali)
3. Customer focused mindset
4. Sales and convincing abilities
5. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
