Job Description

  • Contact potential and existing customers to explain company products and services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online inquiries.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
  • Schedule site visits and meetings for the field sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
  • Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
  • Handle customer queries and provide product-related information.
  • Coordinate with the operations and sales teams for smooth customer onboarding.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
