Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller (Customer Outreach Executive)


Location: Noida 


Reports To: Team Lead / Sales Manager


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to drive outbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering clear, persuasive communication while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.


Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct high‑volume outbound calls as per the daily target.

- Identify prospect needs, present product/services, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM with relevant details.

- Follow script guidelines while handling objections and queries.

- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on campaigns and offerings.

- Ensure compliance with data protection and telecalling regulations.


Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication in English/Hindi (or regional language).

- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

- Basic computer proficiency (CRM, MS Excel).

- Prior experience in telesales/telecalling is a plus but not mandatory.


Qualifications:

- Minimum HSC/Diploma; graduates are welcome.

- Age 18‑30 years.

- Freshers with good communication skills may apply.


Working Hours:

- 6 days a week (rotational off)

- Shift timings: 9 am–6 pm or 12 pm–9 pm (flexible)
