Job Description

  • 🧾 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to leads or existing customers
  • Explain different health insurance plans (coverage, premium, benefits)
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable policies
  • Handle objections and convince customers to buy
  • Maintain call records and update CRM systems
  • Follow up with interested prospects
