Interior Designer

Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative interior design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and 3D visualizations, coordinating with clients and project teams, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
• Prepare detailed 2D layouts, working drawings, and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D models, renderings, and presentations for client approvals.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and monitor project progress.
• Prepare material specifications, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project documentation.
• Ensure designs meet project requirements, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
• Assist in project planning, execution, and final handover.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp.
• Experience with 3ds Max.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Strong space planning, visualization, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Diploma in Interior Design or an equivalent qualification.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, or corporate interior projects.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good client-handling and project coordination skills.
