US and Other Process Work from Office Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role overview

Handle inbound customer queries across voice, chat, and email channels for a US and other client. Resolve issues spanning billing, service plans, and basic troubleshooting — all while meeting quality benchmarks and compliance standards.

·        Work schedule

·        5–6 days/week Rotational offs

·        Shift duration: 9–10 hrs incl. break · Night shift eligible

·        Age criteria:18 – 30 years

Eligibility

Graduate

·        Freshers welcome; experienced candidates must have documented proof of prior BPO/international process experience

·        Confident spoken and written English with strong sentence construction

·        Comfortable with rotational day and night shifts

·        No casual leaves permitted in the first 3 months of joining

Salary (in-hand)

·        Fresher ₹20,000 up to CTC ₹24,000 + PLI

·        6 months – 1 year exp. ₹24,000–₹28,000 and up-to 34,000 based on experience

No targets or sales pressure. Candidates with experience must carry supporting documents. PLI (Performance Linked Incentive) applicable across all bands.
