Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Internationl Voice Process Agent to help generate leads and drive business growth. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining products/services, handling customer queries, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Present products/services effectively over the phone
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle objections, doubts, and complaints professionally
- Work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth
Requirements:
- Experience: 0–1 year
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to ₹30,000
- Perks: Food allowance + Attendance allowance
- Incentives based on performance
- Cab facility available for female employees only
Work Details:
- Shift: 7:45 PM – 5:15 AM (Night Shift)
- Working Days: 5.5 (Alternate Saturdays off)
