Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and confident candidates for the International BPO Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing excellent customer support over calls.
Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries in a timely manner
• Maintain proper communication with clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction and quality service
• Maintain daily reports and call records
Requirements: • Good communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Comfortable with rotational/night shifts
• Fresher and experienced both can apply
