Job Description

We are looking for IP Admin Analyst to join our team in Noida. This is an amazing opportunity to work on Contract Management. To perform contract management services which include but are not limited to reviewing contracts to identify key terms. Reviewing of redlined contracts for issues or concerns based on client-provided criteria.  Drafting new contracts or redlined contracts based on client-provided preferences on acceptable vs. not acceptable terms. 

About your experience, education, skills and accomplishment

• Law degree (L.L.B.) is required.
• Post LLB experience of contracts review, redlining, drafting, vetting etc will be added advantage
• Must be computer savvy and proficient in the usage of MS Office Suite.

• Performing actual contract management tasks as described above in the Principal Purpose of Job.
• Maintaining a work progress rate consistent with the targets assessed and established by the Team Leader, Team Manager, and Project Management.
• Engaging the Team Leader, Team Manager and Project Management (as necessary) when issues, questions or concerns arise during a project.

Hours of Work-

This is a full-time role requiring 40 working hours (excluding breaks) per week based out of Noida (UP)
Work Mode- Hybrid
Shift- 9 am- 6 pm
