Crazibrain Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of project management processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, development, marketing, and client servicing.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely execution.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with teams and provide project status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
• Identify project risks or delays and escalate issues proactively.
• Support senior management in improving project workflows and processes.
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar project management tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Preferred SkillsExperience working in digital marketing, technology, or agency environments.
