Job Description

  • Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesFinancial Record MaintenanceMaintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
  • Update ledgers, journals, and accounting databases regularly.
  • Verify invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
  • Accounts Payable & ReceivableProcess vendor payments and customer invoices.
  • Track outstanding payments and follow up on dues.
  • Reconcile payable and receivable accounts.
  • Bank ReconciliationPerform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  • Expense & Invoice ManagementRecord company expenses and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Prepare and process bills, vouchers, and expense reports.
  • Tax & Compliance SupportAssist in GST/TDS/tax calculations and filings.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Support during audits by providing required documents and reports.
  • SHOULD HAVE HANDS ON EXPERIENCE IN BUSY.
