Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior SEO Executive to join our dynamic real estate marketing team. The role involves optimizing our online presence, driving organic traffic, and improving search engine rankings to generate qualified leads for property listings and real estate services.
Key Responsibilities
- Keyword Research & Analysis
- Identify and analyze relevant real estate keywords.
- Track keyword performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- On-Page SEO
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs.
- Ensure property listings and blog posts are SEO-friendly.
- Off-Page SEO
- Assist in link-building campaigns and outreach.
- Monitor backlinks and maintain healthy link profiles.
- Content Optimization
- Collaborate with content writers to ensure blogs, articles, and property descriptions are optimized.
- Suggest topics based on SEO trends in the real estate industry.
- Technical SEO
- Support in improving site speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.
- Assist in fixing broken links, redirects, and indexing issues.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush to track performance.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports highlighting progress and opportunities.
- Local SEO
- Optimize Google Business Profile for real estate offices.
- Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across directories
- Familiarity with real estate industry trends.
- Knowledge of WordPress or CMS platforms.
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
