Job Description
Capgemini has initiated PMIS for the Noida location with a demand for 25 candidates. To meet this requirement, candidates will first undergo Foundational Training comprising Soft Skills, Logical Reasoning and Aptitude which is mandatory to make them eligible for the HR Assessment scheduled on 1st June. Candidates who clear the HR assessment will then be allowed to register and apply through the specific PMIS link shared by Capgemini for Digital Academy beneficiaries. It is critical that candidates shortlisted post HR assessment apply through only one single Capgemini PMIS link as we will be sharing the final list of candidates along with their PMIS IDs with Capgemini for validation in their portal before offer letters are released. As per the current PMIS guidelines, the end-to-end process — from candidate application, shortlisting, offer generation, candidate acceptance and final confirmation — may take up to 90 days. Post acceptance and joining confirmation, the internship journey will begin.
Program Structure
Phase 1: Foundational Training (Pre-HR Assessment)

Phase 2: Classroom Training (3 Months)
- FCC-approved curriculum
- Monthly stipend: 9,000
- 8,100 (Government)
- 900 (Corporate Partner)
Phase 3: On-the-Job Training (3 Months)
- Monthly stipend: 14,000
- 8,100 (Government)
- 5,900 (Corporate Partner)
Total Internship Duration: 6 Months
Post successful completion of the internship, candidates may be considered for full-time employment subject to:
- Performance during internship
- Capgemini assessments
- Final due diligence checks
Additionally, candidates will receive an incidental payment of 6,000, which will be disbursed by the Government in two tranches. Please refer to the attached PMIS guidelines for detailed process information.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18–25 years
- Educational Qualification: Graduate / Final Year Graduate - B.Com / BA Economics
- Pass Out Year: 2025 / 2026
- Family Income: Not exceeding 12 lacs
- No family member employed with the Government of India
- Not engaged in:
- Full-time employment
- Full-time education
- Must not be graduates from top-tier colleges
- Candidates currently enrolled in any Government / State skill, apprenticeship, internship, or training program are not eligible
- Candidates who have completed apprenticeship / internship under NATS or NAPS at any point are not eligible
