Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - PMO
Establish and run the PMO playbook for the three product lines; ensure governance, consistency, and reporting.
Standardize delivery frameworks, templates, and quality gates aligned to healthcare compliance.
Provide portfolio analytics, dashboards, and actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities
•    Define and enforce project/portfolio governance: stage gates, risk controls, change management, and audit readiness.
•    Own PMO artifacts: charters, RAID, financials, status reporting, dependency registers, and release calendars.
•    Build executive dashboards (predictability, capacity, cost, value, quality, risk).
•    Maintain methodology (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall where needed), SOPs, and continuous improvement.
•    Coordinate resource planning, skills matrix, and onboarding frameworks across squads.
•    Partner with Compliance/InfoSec for policy alignment (HIPAA/PHI handling, data retention, access controls).
•    Support internal/external audits, documentation traceability, and GxP/CSV where applicable.
•    Lead community of practice for PMs/SMs; run training on tools, metrics, and best practices.
•    Manage portfolio-level OKRs, benefit realization, and post-implementation reviews.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Certifications: PMP, PMI-PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe LPM, ITIL.
•    Experience implementing DSCSA/serialization governance (3PL), eRx/eHR interfaces (pharmacy), and consent/adverse event workflows (marketing).
•    Hands-on with OKRs, value stream mapping, and delivery KPIs (DORA, flow metrics).
•    Exposure to GDPR/CCPA and data lifecycle governance in healthcare contexts.
