Job Description
1. Business Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for:
Personal Loans (PL)
Overdraft (OD)
Business Loans (BL)
Drive team productivity and revenue generation.
Ensure maximum login, sanction, and disbursement volumes.
2. FOIR Management & Customer Eligibility
Ensure sourcing of customers within acceptable FOIR (Fixed Obligation to Income Ratio) norms.
Maintain healthy FOIR levels as per bank/NBFC policy guidelines.
Guide team members to assess customer repayment capacity before file login.
Minimize rejection cases due to FOIR deviations.
Improve approval ratio by maintaining proper income assessment and obligation calculations.
3. Team Management
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
Track individual productivity and target achievement.
Train team on product knowledge, eligibility calculation, and sales pitch.
4. Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate quality business through:
Open market sourcing
DSAs
5. Customer Relationship Management
Ensure excellent customer handling and service.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly.
6. Process & Compliance
Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance.
Follow company and lender credit policies strictly.
Maintain high-quality file submissions with accurate data.
7. Portfolio Quality
Source quality customers with stable income profiles.
Control delinquency and fraud cases.
Coordinate with credit and operations for smooth processing and disbursement.
8. Reporting & MIS
Share daily MIS, funnel reports, and team performance updates.
