Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Client Analytics Manager to lead data-driven initiatives that support business growth and analytical excellence. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Client Data & Insights and will partner closely with SendTech teams to deliver actionable insights, drive reporting excellence, and influence strategic decisions through compelling storytelling and advanced analytics.

 

The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise across SQL, Power BI, ETL, Python, and Machine Learning, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with SendTech teams to deliver high-impact insights that enable data-driven decision making.

• Own and manage end-to-end shipping-related reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability.

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and analytical models using Power BI and SQL.

• Automate manual reporting and processes through ETL workflows and data engineering best practices.

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to improve forecasting and customer analytics.

• Influence strategic initiatives through strong storytelling, visualization, and executive-ready presentations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance.

• Ensure data quality, governance, and performance optimization across reporting pipelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SQL (advanced querying, optimization, data modeling).

• 4+ years of experience with Power BI (dashboard design, DAX, data modeling).

• 2+ years of experience working with ETL tools and performing data engineering tasks.

• 2+ years of experience with Python for analytics and automation.

• 2+ years of experience in Machine Learning (model development, validation, deployment).

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional team

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience managing or mentoring a team.

• Experience in B2B analytics environments.

• Experience in AI-driven solutions and AI data agents development.

• Exposure to shipping/logistics analytics is a plus.
