Job Description:
Quality Management System (QMS)
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO and other applicable standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and customer requirements.
- Define, monitor, and report key quality metrics, audits, and corrective actions.
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external certification/recertification audits.
- Drive continual improvement initiatives across processes, policies, and practices.
- Train and mentor teams on QMS standards, documentation, and compliance.
Project Management Office (PMO)
- Establish and manage PMO governance frameworks, project methodologies, and reporting structures.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of strategic and operational projects.
- Ensure project alignment with organizational goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and performance of projects across functions.
- Provide executive dashboards, status reports, and insights for leadership decision-making.
- Build project management capability across teams through coaching and training
Skills/Knowledge/Experience required
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001, CMMI, Six Sigma, or other QMS frameworks.
- Proven expertise in Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, PMI, etc.)
- Monitoring process adherence, identifying risks, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Driving standardization across processes to ensure consistency in error tracking, RCA, and reporting (including dashboards and insights to leadership and clients)
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement mindset.
- Ability to balance compliance needs with business agility and efficiency.
Qualifications (describe the qualifications considered essential to do the job, e.g., Chartered Accountancy, MBA, etc)
- Graduate/Post-Graduate
- Certification(s): ISO Lead Auditor, PMP / PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma (preferred).
- 8–12 years of experience in Quality Management, PMO, or Operations Excellence, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in leading audits, certifications, and enterprise-level projects.
- Industry experience in BPO, ITES, BFSI
- Certification in Life Insurance Domain will be an added advantage
