Job Summary:

As an MIS Executive, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and manage company data, prepare reports, track performance records, and support the sales and management teams with accurate information. You will work on Excel, Google Sheets, and company databases to ensure smooth reporting and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run WhatsApp campaigns (broadcast, bulk messaging, follow-ups)

• Execute email marketing campaigns on company-provided data

• Generate maximum number of interested leads from existing database

• Re-engage old/previous customers and inactive leads

• Ensure leads are genuine and responsive

• Maintain basic lead details (name, number, interest)

• Follow up with prospects via WhatsApp/email to increase response rate

Key Requirements:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets

• Basic understanding of formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, filters, etc.

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage large sets of data efficiently

• Target-oriented and responsible attitude
