Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Welcome visitors, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to general email inquiries.
- Scheduling & Travel: Manage executive calendars, book meeting rooms, and coordinate travel logistics.
- Document & Data Management: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems such as databases.
- Office Maintenance: Track inventory of office supplies, order replacements, and coordinate with vendors for facility repairs.
- Field work: visit the rental properties of the owner and check on maintenance requirements or concerns.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: at least 6 months of experience in administrative, secretarial, or office management roles. [1, 2]
- Soft Skills: Exceptional multitasking and time-management abilities, clear communication skills, and a high degree of professionalism when handling confidential information. [1, 2]
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is often preferred.
