Job Title: Oracle Hyperion Financial Management

 

Experience: 4 - 7 years

 

Job Summary

 

Oracle EPM Senior Consultant specializing in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) with deep experience in financial consolidation and reporting solutions, including intercompany eliminations, minority interest, multi-GAAP reporting, and close process support. Strong track record of delivering end-to-end HFM implementations, including application design, metadata configuration, business rules, data integrations, and reporting.

 Key responsibilities

 

• Design and develop HFM applications, including dimensions, hierarchies, and metadata.
• Configure and maintain consolidation logic, including intercompany eliminations and ownership calculations.
• Develop and enhance HFM business rules (VBScript) for translation, validation, and adjustments.
• Manage data integrations using FDMEE, flat files, and ERP source systems.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles ensuring timely consolidation.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and variance analysis for financial accuracy.
• Build and maintain financial reports, ad hoc queries, and Smart View templates.
• Collaborate with finance teams to gather requirements and deliver functional enhancements.
• Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and ensure application stability.
• Support environment migrations, testing (UAT), and production support activities.

 

 

Preferred Skills

 

• Experience with implementing and supporting HFM
• Good Understanding of performance optimization and custom rules.
• Good Technical expertise in Close management and Supporting Month end close .
