Job Title:  ERP Analytics Oracle EPM - ARCS-Senior

Experience: 4 to 7/8 years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARCS) to lead the design and implementation of Reconciliation & Matching solutions across financial and operational domains and should be able to collaborate with finance and IT teams to streamline reconciliation processes, ensure compliance, and deliver scalable solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive account reconciliation (Oracle ARCS) solution
• Configure reconciliation profiles, formats, match types, Reconciliation rules and workflows
• Implement workflow automation, aging rules, and structured reconciliation timelines to support accurate and timely financial close
• Manage data integration from various source system using Data Exchange for both Balance and Transaction
• Configure matching profiles and match types to enable auto-match rules, and manage exceptions for transaction reconciliation
• Manage and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing phases to ensure smooth deployment and timely issue resolution
• Develop comprehensive functional documentation and training materials; facilitate hands-on workshops for end users
• Conduct training sessions, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing support to end users.

 

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle ARCS implementation.
• Familiarity with Cloud REST APIs
• Exposure to scripting or automation tools for data transformation.
• Agile project experience is a plus.
• Oracle ARCS certification is a strong advantage.
