Job Description
Urgent Hiring for Talent Acquisition Executive/HR Recruiter
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates from portals (Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct first-level HR interviews to assess candidates.
- Work closely with managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely interview scheduling.
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain candidate database & follow up with shortlisted candidates
- Support onboarding & joining formalities
- Meet recruitment deadlines and maintain hiring quality.
Skills Needed
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Internship Experience is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
