About Global Delivery Services

Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80,000+ professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina, China, Hungary, India, Philippines, Poland, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Lead API design and development, applying API-led connectivity methodology.
• Utilize MuleSoft tools including Anypoint Studio, Runtime Manager, RAML, YAML, DataWeave for data transformations, and implement flow controls, error handling, and security protocols such as OAuth.
• Manage integration patterns including file, batch, real-time, and JMS messaging.
• Implement and maintain code version control using Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps.
• Develop and maintain web services (SOAP and REST) and work with XML, XSD, XSLT, WSDL, XPath, and JSON message formats.
• Deploy integration solutions across various models and follow best practices.
• Integrate on-premises systems with cloud platforms.
• Document integration technical architectures clearly and effectively.
• Collaborate within Agile, Safe Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Work effectively in onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Mentoring Team and Deliverying Poc’s
• Stay updated and apply knowledge on emerging technologies including Generative AI, AI agents, and the latest MuleSoft AI updates.

 

Skills and attributes for success

Ideally, you’ll also 

• Have multi-domain expertise and familiarity with other integration tools beyond MuleSoft.
• Possess experience with technology and application adapters such as File, FTP/SFTP, DB, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce.
• Have worked on at least two MuleSoft implementation projects.
• Good to have certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Developer Level 1 (mandatory), Level 2, Integration Associate, or Architect certifications.

  

 What we look for

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft.
• Strong understanding of middleware architecture and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in web service fundamentals (HTTP/HTTPS).
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and delivery models.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge in designing and implementing SOAP and RESTful web services.
• Possesses expertise in Extensible Markup Language (XML) and related technologies, including XML Schema Tools (XSLT), XML Schema Definition (XSD), Web Services Description Language (WSDL), XML Path Language (XPath), and JSON message formats.
• Hands on experience on deployment models such as Cloudhub 1.0 or Cloudhub 2.0 or RTF
