₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Salary will depend on experience and performance.)

Experience Required:

Minimum 1-2 Years of experience in the Fintech Industry.

Key Requirements:

·        Strong knowledge of Fintech services and products.

·        Must have practical knowledge of AEPS, DMT, BBPS, Recharge, and Merchant Services.

·        Experience in Retailer & Distributor Onboarding.

·        Good communication, convincing, and sales skills.

·        Target-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve monthly sales goals.

·        Dedicated, responsible, and hardworking employee with a professional attitude.

·        Ability to handle client relationships and business development across India.

Responsibilities:

·        Onboard new Retailers and Distributors across Pan India.

·        Promote company's fintech services and products in the market.

·        Generate leads and convert them into active business partners.

·        Achieve assigned sales targets within timelines.

·        Provide support and guidance to retailers/distributors regarding company services.

·        Maintain long-term business relationships with clients.
