Patent Search Senior Lead

We are looking for Patent Search Senior Lead to join our Team in Noida. This is a great opportunity to work with Fortune 100 clients to support them on various phases in IP Life cycle management. Patent Search Senior Lead will work on various projects such as Infringement Analysis, White Space Analysis, Competitor Intelligence, Freedom-to-Operate searches, and Prior-art Searching (Patentability/Validity/Invalidity) etc. Our team consists of 200+ team members reporting to the Manager/Sr. Manager/Director. We would love to speak with you if you have skills in any of the above-mentioned services and/or have aptitude to work on emerging technologies.

About You

Bachelor’s or Master’s/PhD (preferred) degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Expertise in one or more of computing concepts such as Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Block Chain, IoT, Computer Networks, DBMS, Operating System, Data Structures etc.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IP Services
Proficient in written & verbal communication skills

It would be great if you also had

Any relevant certification on Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, AI and/or other Computer Science topics.
Knowledge on US/EP Patent Laws

What will you be doing in this role?

Quality Assurance – Ensuring adherence to set quality standards and compliance to process guidelines and framework, sharing best practices and learnings to improve work products, building domain knowledge/skills of the team through trainings, and knowledge sharing
Reviewing work products of other team members and working on performance improvement initiatives for the team
Effective project communication with relevant internal stakeholders and clients
Contributing to client’s strategy development process by applying your technical proficiency and creative problem-solving skills to recognize market trends, opportunities, and threats
Identifying and analyzing patents in client’s portfolio that may be relevant to technologies that are being deployed and/or used widely in industry
End to end ownership of work products
Updating technical skills proactively in upcoming technologies being widely used across industry

Hours of Work

This is a full-time role requiring 40 working hours per week based out of Noida, India (IST).
