Job Description

Job Role: Picker & Packer (Amazon Sector 75)Salary Details:

  • Total Fixed: ₹16,500 per month

  • (₹15,500 Base + ₹1,000 Attendance Bonus for ≤4 leaves)
  • Extra Benefits: Performance Incentive + Tenure Incentive + Week-off Present Incentive + ESIC.

Shift Timings (Rotational):

  • Morning: 7 AM – 4 PM
  • Evening: 1 PM – 10 PM
  • Night: 10 PM – 7 AM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Picking: Using scanners to find products in the warehouse.
  • Packing: Securely packing items and applying shipping labels.
  • Inventory: Sorting packages and maintaining a clean workspace.

Requirements:

  • 10th/12th Pass.
  • Freshers or experienced (Logistics background preferred).
  • Ability to stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
