Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick products from shelves as per order requirements using pick lists or handheld devices.
  • Verify item codes, quantity, and quality before packing.
  • Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Label packages correctly with order details and shipping information.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking and packing area.
  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
  • Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist in inventory checks and stock replenishment when required.
  • Ensure timely processing of orders to meet dispatch deadlines.
