PQC (Process Quality Control)

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented PQC Executive to monitor and maintain product quality during the manufacturing process in the mobile manufacturing industry.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform in-process quality inspections during production.
• Monitor assembly line quality standards and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Identify defects, analyze root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Conduct quality checks on components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
• Maintain daily quality reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve process quality.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.
• Handle rejection analysis and support continuous improvement activities.
• Monitor line performance and reduce defect rates.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of mobile manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of quality tools and inspection methods.
• Basic knowledge of QC documentation and reporting.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and production environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in SMT, Assembly Line, Testing, or Quality Inspection in mobile manufacturing.
• Familiarity with IPC standards and quality control procedures is an added advantage.
