What would you do? Create, modify, extend, and block vendor master records in ERP systems Perform duplicate checks and validations before creation Ensure supplier due diligence and compliance checks are completed before setup Identify opportunities to: Reduce manual effort through automation (RPA/BOT) Improve data quality and reduce rework Support digital transformation initiatives in MDM
What are we looking for? We are looking for a Vendor Master Data Analyst responsible for managing vendor master data lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and governance across ERP systems. The role supports procurement, accounts payable, and financial operations by maintaining high-quality vendor data and adhering to strict controls and audit standards. Strong understanding of Vendor onboarding and lifecycle (Create, Change, Block), Supplier risk management, Vendor compliance requirements
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
